Lived in Brookfield most of my life, and I miss Chicago pizza SO much now that I'm in DC. Barone's is blocks from my Dad's house, and I try to go there EVERY time I come home to visit.
Can you start making it frozen so I can take it home on the plane with me???

pretty tasty stuff. paisan's is decent too. but this one is my favorite. smilin joe's is a joke. is that place even open anymore. mama barone is better looking but the fat guy behind the counter cracks me up.

I would like to say that Barones has great food, if your looking for old school pizza this is it. I know the owner personally he makes all the food fresh. Also it is family owned and operated, and all the staff here is friendly!

Fat guy at the counter has a problem with people told my wife she was a BI#%h nobody likes this place and the food sucks more then the poor service....

I was in Brookfield & I took a chance on Barone's for lunch. My verdict: I was impressed. The ingredients they use made me feel like I was in the city in the Italian section of Grand Ave. Bottom line, the pizza rocks!

i never try to dispute peoples reviews..they are peoples opinions...but luchy...gave the wrong info when we called no answer..we waited till well after close for a return call..no call...so my driver took home thier food..give the right info and answer your phone...it helps everyone...

This is the dirtest place I have ever been in. I saw a mouse on top of the counter. The pizza is really bad. The people that work there are dirty, the owner has an attitude. Ledos much better..

I adore this pizza. The dining area is dirty but the person above me might not realize it was not meant for dining. The pizza has a lovely wine based sauce and excellent crust. The service is fine although a touch pricy. I love it.

I have to agree with the customer below me. The delivery girl was on the phone. I thought it was a stripper coming to my door. This place is a joke. I will never order from there again. I have to laugh about the wine sauce. Try jewel brand.

I have to agree, this place is bad. It's dirty and the pizza has no taste. I just moved into town a few months ago. I thought I would try it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I order from here all the time. The sizes of there pizzas compared to other of the same price in uncomparable.
And the delivery girl has been nothing but pleasent to me time and time again.
I agree there does seem to be some personal vendetta here.

food is great...the people who left reviews sound like they have a pesonal vendetta...one of the last ma and pop places around...dont expect dominos quick service .....mice on the counter...look up thier health dept review online...very favorable
