We have eaten here for about 20 years. Lately service has been dropping. Tonight has become the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. The worst service ever! When I finally asked to speak to a manager the "phone girl" (who would also not give her name) refused.... saying that she can handle it. She was part of the problem that she planned on handling? Then I spoke to a person who claimed to be the manager, he hung up on me. Finally I just decided to cancel my order... but since I put it on my Debit card I guess I have to wait and see how long it takes to get my credit back. The food might be good... but its time for the customers to be respected again. We are in the chicagoland area... there are hundreds of good pizza places out here so I don’t see the point on giving Ledos my business when they have no respect for the customers. I will never go back there again!
