Roberto and the staff at Prickly Pear are absolutely amazing. Last night was my second visit and we had another fabulous dinner prepared for us fresh. First we were served crab claws with toast points, two gourmet appetizer thin crust pizzas, one with figs which was amazing and the other with egg plant and garlic. Next, a zucchini cup stuffed with brie and topped with a slice of yellow tomato. Then a round of sea scallop skewers wrapped in prosciutto caramelized just right! Figs wrapped in prosciutto with goat cheese, yum! The main course was bbq ribs and mashed potatoes and also an amazing seafood paella. Dessert was the richest chocolate brownie with a dollop of fresh whipped cream and fresh strawberries. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service and food impeccable. A true dining experience...a wonderful place to take friends and share in conversation.
